Holocaust survivors Freida Grayzel and Jack Trompetter discuss their experiences during the Holocaust as part of the Philip N. Backstrom Survivor Lecture Series held during Northeastern University's annual Holocaust Awareness Week. Their talk follows a showing of a documentary about Grayzel, "Surviving Auschwitz: Children of the Shoah". The film is not included in the video. Grayzel and Trompetter answer audience questions about their experiences, the historical period, and Holocaust memory.
