Abstract/Description
Holocaust survivor Anna Levin discusses her experiences during the Holocaust as part of the Philip N. Backstrom Survivor Lecture Series held during Northeastern University's annual Holocaust Awareness Week. Levin, originally from Hungary, was a teenager when the Nazis invaded in 1944 and she was soon sent to Auschwitz; from there she was sent to Germany to do forced labor in an ammunition factory. She answers audience questions and also speaks to issue of Holocaust denial.
